All of our services are out of network. We are NOT in network with any commercial insurance, Medicare or Medicaid.
Step 1: New patients must book the Initial Psychiatric Evaluation. You will be directed to the new patient intake form after paying a small deposit.
Step 2: All new patients will need to fill out an intake form that asks basic questions about your health. Your booking will be automatically confirmed after completing the intake form. Unconfirmed bookings will be cancelled the day before the scheduled appointment.
Step 3: You will be directed to our secure messaging app called Spruce. This is our preferred method of communication.
Day of appointment: you will be emailed a Zoom link for telehealth.
