Payment

We do not take insurance, Medicare, or Medicaid.
We can provide you with a receipt or superbill for you to submit to your insurance for possible application towards your deductible or reimbursement.
We are unable to accept patients with Medicare or Medicaid.
This practice cannot take patients with Medicare or Medicaid.

Frequency of visits

The first revisit usually occurs one month after the initial appointment.
Subsequent revisits occur one month after any medication change or period of instability.
If you remain stable on your current medication, visits are scheduled every 3-4 months for ongoing care and medication management.
If you require a controlled medication, a monthly visit is necessary.
Additional visits can be arranged based on your preference.
